Policy Exchange requests or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or at our store with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase (please see instructions below).

Instructions For Exchange or Return of Full-Price Merchandise

EXCHANGES: By Mail - If you're making an exchange,simply return the package using your preferred method. Once received, we will process your exchange and mail back to the original shipping address processed with your order. Please make sure insurance is taken care of when sending your packages-just in case.

In Store - FREE Simply bring the invoice slip and credit card used when you placed the order to a sales associate at any one of our stores. The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt of your exchanged item. The sales associate will charge your credit card for the new item and we will simply credit you for the original item. Your credit will be processed within 24 hours and will be reflected on your next credit card statement.

RETURNS: (Excludes Gift Cards) By Mail - Mail your item(s) using your preferred method of shipping. Make sure you have insurance taken care of when using your preferred method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges or your purchase. You will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase in the mail within 5-7 business days or get one printed for you at the store. This can be used anytime and never expires or looses value! please be sure to use the address listed on our invoice for the address when sending back your return. Please note all original tags must be attached, we will inspect the merchandise when we receive the merchandise to make sure it was not worn or altered.
